Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sapporo Susukino is a comfortable mid-range hotel offering everything you need for a short stay in Sapporo at very reasonable room rates. This hotel’s excellent facilities include an on-site restaurant, a convenience store, and a self-service laundromat. Located in the heart of Sapporo’s main entertainment and shopping districts this hotel has easy access to Sapporo’s subway and streetcar systems.
Guest-room renovations are scheduled from 24 September 2026 to 31 January 2027. There may be construction noise, and workers will use the elevators to move materials. Vending machines, ice machines and microwaves on some floors may be unavailable during the work.

Guest Rooms
This hotel has 240 guest rooms in a 13-storey building. Double and twin rooms are available, and a Standard Twin room can accommodate three guests with an extra bed. Standard facilities include an LCD TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, a writing desk and desk lamp, a combined humidifier and air purifier, an electric kettle, a trouser press, a hair dryer, nightwear and slippers.

Double Room
Standard Double and Heartful Rooms have unit bathrooms, while twin rooms have a separate bathing area and Executive Rooms have fully separate bathrooms and toilets. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face wash are supplied in the rooms. Toothbrush sets, razors, hairbrushes, cotton buds, body towels, tea and coffee can be collected from the amenity bar on the reception floor. Free wired and wireless internet access is available in all guest rooms. There are also Heartful Rooms, the hotel’s universal rooms, which are suitable for wheelchair users.

Accommodation tax is charged per person per night. The combined Sapporo and Hokkaido tax is 300 yen for an accommodation charge below 20,000 yen, 400 yen for a charge from 20,000 to below 50,000 yen, and 1,000 yen for a charge of 50,000 yen or more. Check whether it is included in your booking total or payable separately.
Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served in the 1st floor Italian restaurant, Salvatore Cuomo, from 6.30 to 10.30 between April and September and from 7.00 to 10.30 between October and March, with last entry at 9.45. This is a buffet breakfast with Western, Japanese and Italian dishes, including dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients. Choices include eggs, curry, rolled pizza, rice, miso soup, vegetables and homemade desserts, with the selection varying from day to day. Breakfast costs 1,870 yen for guests aged 13 and over and 1,100 yen for children aged 6 to 12 (including tax). Children aged 5 and under can eat for free.

Salvatore Cuomo is also open for lunch between 11.30 and 14.30 (last entry at 14.00) and for dinner between 17.00 and 23.00 (last orders at 22.30), serving oven-baked pizza, pasta, and Hokkaido seafood with fine Italian wine. Salvatore Cuomo also provides room service, with last orders at 22.30.

The reception desk is on the 2nd floor. Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 11:00. Luggage can be stored at reception before checking in or after checking out on the same day.

This hotel has self-service laundry facilities on the 2nd and 8th floors, open 24 hours. Laundry detergent is dispensed automatically in the washing machines.
A fitness room on the 2nd floor is free for hotel guests to use from 6.00 to 23.00.
For stays of more than one night, place the blue cleaning magnet on the outside of your door by 10.00 if you would like your room cleaned, or the grey magnet for fresh towels only. Without a magnet, neither service is provided that day. Rooms are cleaned at least once every three days for hygiene reasons.
There are vending machine corners on the 5th and 11th floors. Soft drinks can be bought here. There are also microwave ovens and ice machines in these corners which are free to use. For alcoholic beverages and cheap snacks guests can use the convenience store which is located on the 1st floor.

For security reasons the front entrance is locked overnight. During this time guests can use their room card key to enter the building. There is also an intercom beside the entrance for assistance. You will need your room card key to use the elevator to reach the guest-room floors.
The hotel has several affiliated parking lots nearby, including one beside the building, with rates starting at 1,500 yen per car per night (including tax). Parking is on a first-come first-served basis and reservations are not possible. Rates and conditions vary between the lots.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sapporo Susukino is about a 1 minute walk from Exit 3 of Hosuisusukino Station on the Toho Subway Line and about 4 minutes from Exit 3 of Susukino Station on the Namboku Subway Line. The Susukino streetcar stop is also nearby. This area is convenient for the Susukino entertainment area, Odori Park, Ganso Ramen Yokocho, and the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade.
