ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo has a variety of restaurants and bars with breakfast served at three different venues.
All Day Dining Mem on the 2nd floor offers an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with both Western and Japanese style dishes and some Hokkaido specialties. Breakfast is served here between 6.00 and 10.00 (with last entry at 9.30) and costs 2,500 yen for adults and 1,250 yen for children aged between 5 and 12. For other meals this restaurant has an a la carte menu with grilled meat and fish, pasta dishes, seafood curry, beef curry with red wine, and a variety of desserts. All Day Dining Mem is open every day till 22.00 with last orders at 21.30.
Café Minamo on the 1st floor offers a choice between two “One Plate” breakfasts. The American Breakfast features scrambled eggs, bacon, salad, three kinds of bread, soup, juice, and coffee or tea. The Salad Breakfast features a smoked ham salad with a soft boiled egg, yoghurt, soup, three kinds of bread, juice and coffee or tea. Both breakfasts are priced at 1,200 yen and are served between 7.30 and 10.30. Café Minamo stays open till 20.00 serving hamburgers, sandwiches, pasta dishes, steaks, cakes, and desserts. Last orders for food are at 19.00 and for drinks at 19.30.
Japanese Restaurant Unkai on the B1 basement level serves two Japanese style set breakfasts between 7.00 and 9.30. The Donburi Breakfast features a bowl of rice topped with whelk and salmon roe and accompanied by one side dishe, salad, rolled omelette, miso soup, and coffee or tea. The Japanese Breakfast features grilled fish, four side dishes, marinated salmon roe, a seasonal stewed dish, rice, miso soup, nori (dried seaweed), and coffee or tea. Both breakfasts are priced at 2,200 yen. There is also a Kid’s Breakfast with meatballs, omelette, sausage, corn soup, and Inarizushi which is priced at 1,500 yen. Unkai stays open till 22.00 serving lavish traditional kaiseki course meals for both lunch and dinner. Last orders are 21.30.
In addition to these restaurants this hotel also has a teppanyaki restaurant called Ishikari on the 26th floor serving grilled meat, fish and vegetables for lunch and dinner, and a bar on the 26th floor called Sky Lounge Sapporo View which has a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits, as well as bar snacks and light meals such as pizza, spaghetti, and seafood dumplings.

The hotel reception desk is located on the 2nd floor. The multilingual reception staff are both helpful and polite. Languages spoken by the reception staff include English, French, Chinese and Korean. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Luggage can be stored at reception both before checking in and after checking out.
Items available to borrow from the reception desk include a variety of pillows, a humidifier, a trouser press, ironing equipment, mobile phone chargers, and a wheelchair.
There is a fully equipped 24-hour Fitness Center with treadmills and exercise bikes located on the 1st floor.
Also on the 1st floor you can find a 24-hour convenience store, a pastry shop, a relaxation and massage salon, a designated smoking corner, and a duty-free shop selling local foods, electronic appliances, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
