ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo has a variety of restaurants and bars with breakfast served at two different venues.
All Day Dining Mem on the 2nd floor offers an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with both Western and Japanese style dishes and some Hokkaido specialties. Breakfast is served here between 6.00 and 10.00 (with last entry at 9.30) and costs 3,800 yen for adults and 1,900 yen for children aged between 5 and 12, including tax and service. For other meals this restaurant offers seasonal menus with meat and fish dishes, pasta and desserts. Lunch is generally served from Wednesday to Sunday and on public holidays. Dinner is served every day from 17.00 to 21.00 with last orders at 20.30; some dining plans require advance reservations.
NEIGHBOUR Roast&Brew on the 1st floor serves coffee and craft beer with open sandwiches, salads, cheese platters and desserts. Sandwich choices include avocado with smoked salmon, and bacon with egg. The cafe opens at 9.00 on weekdays and 10.00 on weekends. It closes at 22.00 from Monday to Thursday and on Sundays, and at 23.00 on Fridays, Saturdays and evenings before public holidays. Last orders for food are one hour before closing and for drinks 30 minutes before closing.
Japanese Restaurant Unkai on the B1 basement level serves a choice of Japanese style breakfasts between 6.30 and 10.00, with last entry at 9.30. Guests can choose a seafood rice bowl or a Japanese set breakfast with dishes such as grilled fish, eggs and seasonal side dishes. Breakfast costs 3,800 yen for adults and 1,900 yen for children aged 12 and under, including tax and service. The menu changes with the season. Unkai also serves traditional kaiseki course meals for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays. Lunch is served from 11.30 to 15.30, with last orders at 14.30, and dinner from 17.00 to 21.00, with last orders at 20.30.
In addition to these restaurants this hotel also has a teppanyaki restaurant called Ishikari on the 26th floor serving grilled meat, fish and vegetables for lunch and dinner. Reservations are required by 12.00 noon on the previous day. Lunch is served from Wednesday to Sunday and on public holidays, while dinner is served daily. Also on the 26th floor is a bar called Sky Lounge Sapporo View which has a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits, as well as bar snacks and light meals.

The hotel reception desk is located on the 2nd floor. The multilingual reception staff are both helpful and polite. Languages spoken by the hotel staff include English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Luggage can be stored at reception both before checking in and after checking out.
Items available to borrow from the reception desk include a variety of pillows, a humidifier, a trouser press, ironing equipment, mobile phone chargers, and a wheelchair. The wheelchair must be reserved in advance.
There is a fully equipped 24-hour Fitness Center with treadmills and exercise bikes located on the 1st floor. It is free for hotel guests aged 18 and over.
Also on the 1st floor you can find a Seicomart convenience store, a pastry shop, beauty salons and a designated smoking corner. Seicomart is open throughout the day and night except from 2.00 to 3.00.

On the 2nd floor there is a souvenir shop, a currency exchange machine, and a 24-hour business center which has a desktop computer, printer and copy machine.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all the public areas.
On-site parking is available in the B2 and B3 basement levels for a fee of 2,000 yen per night. The overnight parking period runs from 15.00 to 11.00 the following morning, and the vehicle height limit is 1.9 meters.
A separate accommodation tax is charged per person per night. The combined Hokkaido and Sapporo tax is 300 yen for a room charge below 20,000 yen, 400 yen for a charge from 20,000 yen to under 50,000 yen, and 1,000 yen for a charge of 50,000 yen or more. The bands use the accommodation charge per person per night, excluding meals and consumption tax. The hotel collects this tax at check-in or check-out.

ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo is about a seven minute walk from the South Exit of JR Sapporo Station. Airport limousine buses on the Sapporo city-center route via Fukuzumi stop at the hotel. The one-way fare from New Chitose Airport is 1,500 yen for adults and 750 yen for children.
