Guest bathrooms have shower booths rather than bathtubs and are supplied with body soap, separate shampoo and conditioner, and a full set of towels. Sapporo and Hokkaido accommodation taxes total 300 yen per person per night when the accommodation charge is below 20,000 yen, 400 yen from 20,000 to under 50,000 yen, and 1,000 yen from 50,000 yen. These bands are based on the accommodation charge per person per night, excluding meals and consumption tax. Check your booking details for how the tax is collected.
Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served across the street in the 1st floor restaurant of the Dormy Inn Premium building. Breakfast here is served between 6.30 – 9.30 with last entry at 9.00. This is an all-you-can eat buffet breakfast with both Western and Japanese items, including plenty of eggs, seafood, fruit, vegetables, salad, bread, rice, soup and juice. The breakfast fee is 3,000 yen for adults, 1,500 yen for children aged between 3 and elementary school age, and there is no charge for children aged 2 or under. These prices include tax.

As a special service for guests of both the Premium and Annex hotels, free soy-sauce ramen, known as yonaki soba, is available every night at the Premium building restaurant between 21.30 and 23.00, while supplies last.

Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex has a 24-hour reception desk with staff who speak both English and Japanese. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage can be stored at reception before checking in and after checking out, but bags left after checkout must be collected that day.

This hotel has its own spa with indoor heated baths, cold baths and saunas with automatic steam bursts. The facilities are separated by gender, with the men’s spa on the 1st floor and the ladies’ spa on the 2nd floor. The men’s spa also has a semi-open-air bath, but the ladies’ spa has no outdoor bath. The spa facilities are open from 15.00 until 10.00 the following morning. However, the saunas are closed between 1.00 and 5.00 in the morning. Guests can also use the gender-separated baths on the 2nd floor of the Premium building, which have semi-open-air baths. The ladies’ Premium spa has no sauna or cold bath. Paid massage treatments are available on the 2nd floor of the Premium building from 20.00 until 1.00 the following morning, with last reception at midnight. Ask the Annex reception about bookings and availability.
This hotel has two self-service laundry corners inside the spa changing areas on the 1st and 2nd floors. The washing machines and automatically supplied detergent are free to use. The coin-operated dryers cost 100 yen for 20 minutes of drying.

Smoking booths are located on the 1st and 7th floors.
Parking is available for 28 cars in the Premium building’s multi-storey garage and costs 1,800 yen per night, including tax. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and vehicle size restrictions apply. If the hotel parking lot is full, hotel staff will direct you to a nearby affiliated parking lot.

Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex is located on the Tanukikoji shopping arcade. From Odori Station on the Namboku, Toho, and Tozai subway lines, follow the Pole Town underground shopping street to the Tanukikoji 4-chome exit, then walk west along the arcade for about 3 minutes to the hotel. It is also about 4 minutes on foot from Tanuki Koji Station on the Sapporo Streetcar network.
