All rooms have individual air conditioning so you can moderate the temperature as you please. Bathrooms, toilets and washbasins are separate in the standard rooms, which have a bathtub and shower. The accessible Heartful Room instead has a spacious combined bathroom with grab rails. Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and face and hand soap are supplied in the rooms. Toothbrushes, shaving razors, hair brushes, cotton buds and body towels can be collected from the lobby amenity bar.

Breakfast & Dining
A daily buffet style breakfast is served in the 1st floor restaurant Yachiyo, between 6.30 and 10.00 with last orders at 9.30. This buffet includes both Japanese and Western style dishes.
Buffet breakfast
The buffet features Hokkaido dishes such as jingisukan and soup curry, along with rice, eggs and pancakes. Pork rice bowls and miso ramen are cooked to order. Breakfast costs 2,200 yen for adults.
The first floor restaurant: Wa Oyobare
Yachiyo also operates as a casual izakaya style restaurant serving yakitori, seafood and small dishes, with a selection of sake. It opens at 11.30 and closes at 1.00 the following morning, or at 3.00 on Fridays, Saturdays and the evenings before public holidays. Food last orders are 50 minutes before closing and drinks last orders are 30 minutes before closing. The izakaya service admits guests aged 20 and over.

There are many other restaurants along Tanukikoji Street serving both Japanese and international cuisine. There are also convenience stores within a one- to two-minute walk from this hotel where you can buy cheap snacks and drinks.

This hotel has a 24-hour front desk with helpful and polite multilingual staff. Check in time is from 14.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Baggage can be stored at reception before checking in and until later on the day of check-out. The hotel generally requires cashless payment for accommodation charges, so bring a suitable payment card.

The following items can be borrowed from reception: sewing kits, nail clippers, wine openers, ice pillows, mobile phone chargers, extension cords, LAN cable, a transformer, extra blankets, plastic umbrellas, and ironing equipment. Trouser presses are available on each guest-room floor.
Safety boxes for valuables which can be locked with a PIN number are available on the 1st floor.

This hotel has a self-service laundry on the 2nd floor with coin operated washer-dryers. Wash-and-dry courses cost 400 or 500 yen, while a wash-only course costs 300 yen. Detergent is included and dispensed automatically. Drying alone costs 100 yen for 30 minutes.
This hotel also has a same-day laundry service available for a fee on the laundry contractor’s operating days. Items brought to reception by 10.00 will be ready by 18.00 the same day.
Location
Hotel Vista Sapporo Odori is a 5 minute walk from Odori Subway Station on the Namboku, Toho, and Tozai lines. Susukino Subway Station is a 4 minute walk away, and the Susukino stop on the Sapporo Streetcar network is also nearby. This area is convenient for Tanukikoji shopping street, Odori Park, Sapporo TV Tower, and the Susukino entertainment district.
