All rooms have air conditioning and free wireless internet access and are supplied with a TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, a telephone, an electric kettle, green tea and coffee, an air purifier with humidifier function, a safe, a hair dryer, slippers and nightwear. Bathrooms are supplied with soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, toothbrushes, razors, combs, and shower caps. A complimentary bottle of water is provided for each guest.

Breakfast & Dining
Keio Plaza Sapporo has 6 dining venues, a bakery, and a bar. Breakfast is served at two different restaurants. Guests can get a 10% discount on dinner at the restaurants below by showing their key card.
Glass Seasons on the 1st floor serves a buffet breakfast between 6.00 and 10.00 with last entry at 9.45. The buffet features Western style dishes such as omelettes, bread, soups, salads, and curry, and Japanese style dishes such as grilled fish, noodles, rice and miso soup. The breakfast fees for hotel guests are 2,200 yen for adults, 1,000 yen for children aged 6-12, and free for children aged 5 or younger. Glass Seasons also serves buffet meals for lunch between 11.30 and 14.30 (until 15.00 on weekends and holidays), and will take dinner reservations for groups of 15 or more.

Buffet breakfast
Japanese Cuisine Miyama on the 22nd floor serves a traditional Japanese between 7.30 and 9.30. There are two set breakfast options. The Miyama Set Meal features grilled fish with an assortment of delicacies and side dishes, roasted laver seaweed, pickles, miso soup, dessert, coffee, and your choice of plain or multigrain rice. The Morning Rice Porridge Set Meal features the same items but with rice porridge instead of rice and laver seaweed simmered in soy sauce. The breakfast fee for hotel guests is 2,200 yen. This restaurant also serves traditional Japanese multi-course gourmet meals for lunch and dinner featuring the very best local delicacies and seasonal ingredients from across Japan. Lunch is served from 11.30 to 15.00 and dinner from 17.00 to 21.30. Both lunch and dinner must be reserved in advance for at least two people.
Yamanami is a teppanyaki restaurant on the 22nd floor. Here diners sit at a counter to watch the chef cooking up Kobe beef steaks, Ezo abalone, king crab and foie gras on the hot plate. Lunch is served from 11.30 to 15.00 with last orders at 2.30. Dinner is from 17.00 to 22.00 with last orders at 21.00.
Nan En is a Chinese restaurant on the B1 basement level serving traditional Cantonese course meals and a la carte dishes. Private rooms are also available in this restaurant. Lunch is from 11.30 to 15.00 with last orders at 14.30. Dinner is from 17.00 – 21.30 with last orders at 20.30.
Akizu is a restaurant on the B1 level specializing in seasonal Hokkaido dishes, sushi, sashimi, and charcoal grilled seafood. Lunch is from 11.30 to 15.00 with last orders at 14.30. Dinner is from 17.00 to 22.00 with last orders at 21.00.

Café Duet
Café Duet on the 1st floor serves light pasta lunches, cakes and pastries from 10.00 to 21.00 (until 18.00 on Sundays and holidays). Last orders are 30 minutes before closing.
Cross Vault on the 1st floor is the hotel bar and serves a range of fine whiskies, select sakes, and classic cocktails from 17.00 to midnight (until 11.00 on Sundays and holidays). Last orders is 30 minutes before closing.
Pastry Boutique Poppins is a bakery on the 1st floor serving cakes, pastries, and bread from 10.00 to 20.00.
Room service is also available for both breakfast (7.00 – 11.00) and dinner (17.00 – 21.30)
