Sapporo Prince Hotel is a luxury urban resort hotel located in a 107-meter-tall tower building in central Sapporo. This hotel’s diverse facilities and services include an all-day buffet restaurant, Chinese and teppanyaki restaurants, a top-floor bar, an on-site hot spring spa, a self-service laundromat, and shopping facilities. In addition, this hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Sapporo Station and a direct connection to New Chitose Airport via the Airport Liner bus service, with departures from the hotel limited to the morning.

Sapporo Prince Hotel has 587 guest rooms in its 28-story tower. Accommodation includes twin, double and triple rooms, connecting rooms, and suites. Standard twin and triple rooms occupy the 5th to 12th floors, with accessible Heartful rooms on the 3rd floor. Superior rooms are on the 14th to 21st floors, while the renovated Club rooms and suites occupy the 22nd to 27th floors. Club Royal Suites can accommodate up to six people using sofa beds. Guest rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished, and decorated in gentle color tones that express warmth and relaxation.

All guest rooms are supplied with a TV. Also provided are a telephone, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, an electric kettle, an ice bucket, a safe for valuables, a combined humidifier and air purifier, nightwear and slippers. All rooms have free high-speed Wi-Fi. Bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, hand wash, and towels. Room-deodorizing spray is also provided. Guests staying in Standard and Superior rooms can buy razors and hairbrushes at Dosan Market.

Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is served at All Day Dining Grandeur on the 1st floor, while Club floor guests have breakfast in the 28th-floor Club Lounge. The hotel also has Chinese and teppanyaki restaurants and a sky lounge bar.
All Day Dining Grandeur is located on the 1st floor and serves a breakfast buffet between 6.00 and 10.00, with last orders at 9.30. The buffet features both Western and Japanese dishes using Hokkaido ingredients, such as potato croquettes, baked eggs, grilled bacon and vegetables, miso ramen, breads and fruit. The adult breakfast price is 3,800 yen, or 3,500 yen for hotel guests, with separate member rates available. There is also a lunchtime buffet between 11.30 and 14.30, with adult prices starting at 4,000 yen depending on the day and menu.
Club Lounge is located on the hotel’s top floor (28F) and serves breakfast between 7.00 and 10.00. Lounge access and breakfast are included for guests staying on the Club floors. The breakfast has both Western and Japanese choices, including grilled fish, small seafood rice bowls, breads, salads and fruit. Breakfast at All Day Dining Grandeur on the 1st floor is charged separately.
Club Lounge also has tea time between 10.00 and 17.00, followed by cocktail time between 17.00 and 21.00. Cocktail time is limited to guests aged 13 and over.
Grandeur’s lounge area on the 1st floor serves drinks, sweets and a la carte dishes. It is open between 10.00 and 22.00, with last orders at 21.30.
Steak House Katsura is a teppanyaki restaurant on the top floor of the hotel serving steak and seafood. Meals are expertly grilled on a hotplate in front of the diners and served with a fine selection of wines. This restaurant is open for lunch between 12.00 and 15.00, with last orders at 14.00, and for dinner between 17.30 and 22.00, with last orders at 21.00.
Fuyo-jyo is a Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel serving Szechuan cuisine with both an a la carte and course menu. Lunch is served between 11.30 and 15.00, with a la carte last orders at 14.30 and course last orders at 13.00. Dinner runs from 17.00 to 21.00, with a la carte last orders at 20.30 and course last orders at 20.00.
Sky Lounge Top of Prince is the top floor hotel bar with a wonderful view over the city and expert bar tenders making perfect cocktails. The bar is open from 17.30 to 23.00, with food last orders at 22.00 and drinks at 22.30. Daytime service runs from 12.00 to 15.30 on weekdays and until 17.00 on weekends and holidays. Food last orders are at 14.30, while drink last orders are at 15.00 on weekdays and 16.30 on weekends and holidays. Guests must be aged 13 or over after 17.30, when an 800-yen cover charge applies.
Private dining rooms are also available on the 28th floor for parties and receptions.
Other Services & Facilities
Sapporo Prince Hotel has a 24-hour reception desk in the 1st floor lobby which has multilingual staff. Reception staff are friendly and helpful and can give advice on sightseeing and transportation options. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage can be stored at reception before checking in or after checking out.

The following items can be borrowed from reception: a baby cot for an infant under one year old, a trouser press, an iron and a DVD player that also plays Blu-ray discs. These items are available in limited numbers, so requests should be made in advance.
There is a foreign currency exchange machine beside the reception desk which can be used 24 hours a day. The machine accepts banknotes in the following currencies for exchange into Japanese yen only: US dollars, euros, pound sterling, Australian dollars, Indonesian rupiah, Malaysian ringgit, Chinese yuan, Korean won, Hong Kong dollars, Taiwanese dollars, Singapore dollars, and Thai baht.
The hotel’s business corner offers paid internet access and printing services. Internet access costs 100 yen per 10 minutes. Ask hotel staff about printing charges and availability.

There are also some shops on the 1st floor which include the Lucy Rose fashion boutique, Dosan Market for Hokkaido specialty products, and a FamilyMart convenience store selling drinks, food and everyday items.
There is a self-service laundry room on the 3rd floor which has coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Washing machines cost 300 yen for a single cycle with detergent automatically added, and dryers cost 100 yen for a 20 minute spin.
Also on the 3rd floor there is a free ice machine and microwave oven.
This hotel has its own common use hot spring baths separated by gender which are for the exclusive use of hotel guests. There are both indoor and outdoor baths with natural mineral water. The hot springs are located on the 2nd floor and open between 16.00 and 24.00 (with last entry at 23.30) and between 5.00 and 10.00 with last entry at 9.30. The fee is 1,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for children aged 4-11 per night.
A fitness room on the 2nd floor is open 24 hours for hotel guests aged 18 and over. It is free for Club floor guests; other hotel guests pay 2,000 yen per night, with a 1,500-yen rate for Seibu Prince Global Rewards members. Register at the front desk before using it.
Guests at Sapporo Prince Hotel can use the facilities at the nearby Central Wellness Club Sapporo at the special reduced price of 2,200 yen. This fee includes access to a fully equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, studios, and spa plus the use of a bath towel and face towel. Some studio activities cost extra. The club is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and entrance tickets can be bought at the hotel reception desk.
Meeting facilities include the 28th-floor Sky Room and the separate International Convention Center Pamir, which has spaces for conferences, meetings, ceremonies, banquets and exhibitions. Contact the hotel to arrange a suitable venue.
There is a free shuttle bus service for hotel guests between the hotel and JR Sapporo Station during the morning and afternoon, with a midday break. Morning departures from the hotel require a front-desk reservation, available from check-in; other services are first come, first served. Check the timetable before planning a connection.

Airport Liner Bus services to and from New Chitose Airport run directly to and from the hotel. The travel time between the hotel and the airport varies from between 80-90 minutes in the summer season and 100-120 minutes in winter. Buses leave the hotel for the airport only at 9.38 and 10.38. Check the timetable before travelling and allow extra time for traffic or snow.
Toyota Rent-a-car have a telephone located in the hotel lobby which guests can use to make car rental reservations. The reservation service is available between 8.00 and 20.00, or until 19.00 from 1 November to 31 March. Arrange vehicle collection details when booking.
The hotel parking lot has a capacity for 191 cars and the parking fee for hotel guests is 1,500 yen per night. Parking reservations are not possible, but should the hotel’s parking lot be full, hotel staff will guide you to a nearby parking area.

Sapporo Prince Hotel is about a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Nishi-Juitchome Station on the Tozai Subway Line. It is also a 3-minute walk from Chuo-Kuyakusho-Mae Station on the Sapporo Streetcar network. By taxi it takes 10 minutes to get to JR Sapporo Station. The hotel’s location is convenient for Odori Park, Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art, Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and the historic Shiryokan building (Sapporo’s former Court of Appeals).
