Stays from 1 April 2026 are subject to Sapporo and Hokkaido accommodation taxes. The combined charge per person per night is 300 yen for an accommodation charge below 20,000 yen, 400 yen for 20,000 yen to below 50,000 yen, and 1,000 yen for 50,000 yen or more. These thresholds exclude meals and consumption tax. Check your booking’s price breakdown for any tax payable at the hotel.
Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is available in the 1st floor restaurant Kita no Daidokoro from 6.30 to 9.30 with last entry at 9.00. Breakfast consists of an all-you-can eat buffet with both Western and Japanese items, including plenty of fruit, eggs, vegetables, seafood, salad, bread, rice, juice, and soup. Breakfast costs 3,000 yen for adults and 1,500 yen for children aged between 3 and elementary school age, and is free for children aged 2 or under. These prices include tax.
Kita no Daidokoro restaurant at Dormy Inn Premium Sapporo
As a special service, free soy-sauce ramen known as yonaki soba is available every night at the 1st floor restaurant between 21.30 and 23.00.
For other meals this hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the many dining venues of the Susukino entertainment district. Close by the hotel are several casual izakaya style eateries, yakiniku grill restaurants, cafes, and restaurants serving Sapporo-style curry, noodles and shabu-shabu. Ganso Ramen Yokocho is a famous alleyway of ramen noodle shops which is a 10 minute walk from this hotel.
Other Services & Facilities
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and reception staff speak English as well as Japanese. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Luggage can be stored at reception before checking in and after checking out, but luggage left after checkout must be collected the same day.

This hotel has communal bathing areas separated by gender on the 2nd floor. Both have indoor and semi-open-air baths, but only the men’s area has a sauna and a cold bath. The baths are open from 15.00 to 10.00 the following day, with the sauna closed between 1.00 and 5.00. Guests can also use the baths at Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex opposite, where the women’s area has a sauna and a cold bath. Paid massage treatments are available from 20.00 to 1.00 the following morning, with last reception at midnight. Ask reception about bookings and availability.
Hotel communal bath
There is a self-service laundromat with washing machines and dryers on the 2nd floor. The washing machines are free to use and the dryers are coin-operated and cost 100 yen for a 30 minute spin.
Dry cleaning and laundry services are available at reception for a fee.
Soft drinks vending machines are available on the 1st, 2nd and 6th floors.
The hotel has a 28-space multistorey parking garage which costs 1,800 yen per night, including tax. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and vehicle-size restrictions apply. If the garage is full, staff can direct guests to a nearby affiliated car park.

From Odori Station on the Toho, Tozai and Namboku Subway lines, follow the Pole Town underground shopping passage to the Tanukikoji 4-chome exit. Dormy Inn Premium Sapporo is about a 3 minute walk from this exit, with additional walking time from the subway platforms. This hotel is also 4 minutes from Shiseikan-Shogakko-Mae Station on the Sapporo Streetcar network. This location is convenient for Odori Park, the Susukino entertainment district, and Sapporo TV Tower.
