Accommodation tax is charged per person, per night. The combined Sapporo and Hokkaido tax is 300 yen for a room charge below 20,000 yen, 400 yen for a charge from 20,000 yen to below 50,000 yen, and 1,000 yen for a charge of 50,000 yen or more. These bands use the accommodation charge per person, excluding meals and consumption tax. The hotel collects the tax at check-in unless it has already been collected through the booking provider.
Breakfast & Dining
The hotel’s Sapporo Kitchen restaurant on the 2nd floor serves a Japanese and Western breakfast buffet from 6.00 to 10.00, with last admission at 9.30. Breakfast costs 2,000 yen when purchased by the previous day or 2,500 yen on the day. Elementary-school children pay 1,000 yen in advance or 1,250 yen on the day. One preschool child sharing an adult’s bed can eat free per adult.

Because this hotel is located on the edge of the Susukino entertainment district there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood which include French, Korean, and traditional Japanese cuisines, as well as cheap and casual izakaya style diners, yakiniku barbecue restaurants, and a takeaway takoyaki (octopus dumpling) shop. For cheap snacks and drinks guests can shop at the 24-hour convenience store which is located on the hotel’s ground floor.

This hotel has a 24-hour reception desk with English-speaking staff. Check-in time is from 15.00 and check-out time is by 11.00. Bags can be stored at reception before checking in and after checking out, provided they are collected on the day of check-out.

This hotel has a fully-equipped fitness center with weights, treadmills, and lifting machines. The 1st-floor fitness center is free for hotel guests and open 24 hours a day. Register at reception before using it, and bring your own workout clothes and shoes, as these are not available to borrow.
Laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services are available for a fee. There is also a self-service laundromat with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
For consecutive-night stays, regular room cleaning and linen changes take place once every four days. On other days, eco-cleaning covers rubbish collection, towel replacement and replenishment of amenities; hang the cleaning card on your door by 14.30 to request it. For regular cleaning on an additional day, contact reception by midnight the night before.
The contracted D Parking car park at the hotel is available on a first-come first-served basis for 1,500 yen from noon to noon the following day. Reservations are not accepted, and vehicles cannot enter or leave between 23.00 and 7.00.
An electrical inspection is scheduled for 13 October 2026 from 12.00 to 13.30. During this period, lifts and electrical equipment will be unavailable, water services will be interrupted, and vehicles cannot enter or leave the multi-story car park.

Ibis Styles Sapporo is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of Nakajima-Koen Station on the Namboku Subway Line. This station is just three stops away from Sapporo Station. The hotel’s location is also convenient for Nakajima Park and various facilities within the park grounds such as Sapporo Concert Hall, Sapporo Astronomical Observatory, and the Hoheikan: a historic 19th century wooden guesthouse which is open to visitors.
